Create your account and sign in

Who does this: anyone who will run the club from the admin portal. If you are setting the club up, do this first; the person who creates the organisation becomes its Owner.

Before you start

  • Use an email address you check regularly. Invitations, registration updates and password resets all go there.
  • Have your mobile number handy. It is part of your admin profile.
  • If someone at your club has already set ClubEzy up and invited you, use the same email address they invited. Your invitation is matched on it.

Steps

  1. Open admin.clubezy.com in a browser. You will land on the sign-in page.
  2. Click Sign up.
  3. Enter your First name, Last name, Email address, Phone number and a Password, accept the terms and privacy policy, and click Create account.
  4. ClubEzy sends a verification email and shows the Verify your email screen. Open the email and click the link.
    • No email? Click Resend verification email on the same screen. You can send one every 60 seconds; until then the button counts down (Resend in 60s).
  5. Back on the admin portal, Sign in with your email and password.

What happens next

You arrive on the Select Organisation page. If your club has already invited you, it is listed under Pending Invitations. If not, you will see Create Organisation. Both are covered in the next guide.

If something goes wrong

  • The verification email hasn’t arrived. Check your spam or junk folder, then click Resend verification email once the countdown finishes. The link in the email opens a short “Email verified” page; if that page says the link is not valid, it has expired or already been used, so request a fresh one.
  • You can sign in but keep landing on the verify screen. Your email is not verified yet. Open the newest verification email and follow the link, then try again.
  • You have forgotten your password. Click Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the emailed link.
  • Your club used ClubEzy before 2026. Your old sign-in still works once you set a new password. See Sign-in problems in the Members & parents guides.
