Sponsors and the business directory
Who does this: an Owner, Admin or Manager. Both sections are season-scoped and can be carried into next season by the rollover wizard.
Check Settings → Organisation → Modules first: Sponsors is on by default but stays hidden in the app until you add one; Business Directory is off by default and has to be switched on.
Sponsors
Section titled “Sponsors”- Go to Sponsors and open Tiers to define your levels (for example Gold, Silver, Bronze) and their display order.
- Click New Sponsor: name, logo, link, tier, and where in the app it should show.
- To attach a sponsor to one team, open the team under Teams / Groups and use its Sponsors tab.
Sponsors appear in the app under Sponsors, ordered by tier.
Business directory
Section titled “Business directory”A directory of businesses run by your own members, so the club community can support each other.
- Go to Business Directory and open Tags to set up categories.
- Click New Business: name, category, tags, contact details and a link.
Members see it under Directory in the app, with direct contact links.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- Members cannot see the section. Check the module switch under Settings → Organisation → Modules, and that the section has content.
- A sponsor from last season is missing. Sponsors belong to a season. Use Rollover Sponsors when creating next season, or add them again.
