Invite people from the app
Who this is for: coaches, managers and admins in Staff mode. Invitations are to the season; putting someone on a team is a separate step done from the admin portal by a Manager or Admin.
- In Staff mode, open the menu and tap Invite Members. The screen is titled Invite Member.
- Enter the Email address. First name, last name and phone are optional but help the club.
- Under Roles, leave everything unticked for a player or parent. Add a role only to give someone staff tools: Admin, Manager, Coach, Assistant Coach, Support, Player, Parent, Supporter.
- Tap Send Invite. You see “Invite sent to {email}.”
If the screen shows an Invite Link, you can share that instead; it leads to the same invitation.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”They receive “You’re invited to join {season}” with an Accept invitation button. Accepting adds them to the season. Ask your club’s Manager or Admin to add them to your team’s roster afterwards.
If something goes wrong
Section titled “If something goes wrong”- You want to add an existing member to your team. That needs the Manager or Admin role; ask the club.
- The person says the invitation is for a different email. They are signed in with another address; they should sign in with the one you invited.
